Oh, That’s Why!

Before we get into today’s page, I am happy to announce that Con Season is upon us again!

That’s right, our first show of the year is happening in Seattle this weekend. So, if you happen to be attending Emerald City Comic Con, do stop by Booth #1106 and say Hello, won’t you? Sohmer, Lar, Ari and a whole bunch of books and gear will be there so make sure you are too!

Now, as for today’s page I suppose that it’s fairly obvious that one of the greatest joys for comics fan is, in fact, complaining about comics. Hell, some folks even turn it into a website and make lots… um, a bunch… well, some, money at it. But the important thing to remember is simply this:

We criticize because we love. Really.

Today’s page comes to us from Sumit Kumar:

Sumit Kumar, a 20 year old art student and an emerging comic artist & Animator from India, has just started out in the comic industry. He has worked for pop culture publishing & comic con India on various graphic novels like Munkeeman & Payback, Payback being his first graphic novel as an artist. His Graphic style varies from animated to dark noir. Believing in simple style of art, he is looking forward for a career in Animation & wants to write his own stories & characters as well as draw/animate them.

With Guest Writing duties by the mysterious Dirk Manning:
