I have to be totally honest and admit that I don’t know a whole lot about the expanded Star Wars universe. I know that there is a rich world out there that is loved by many, but after six movies (and the animated Clone Wars flick from a few years ago) my interest in Star Wars is pretty much satisfied.
As a kid, I was always a little creeped out by the Sarlaac. Not so much because it was an “anus with teeth” but because it slowly digested you over a thousand years. 32-year old me still has as much trouble wrapping his mind around that one as 10-year old me.
So, if Boba was able to free himseslf from that fate, I’m willing to have a look-see to check out how he did it. Y’know, in case I ever fall into one.
Above all this though, one thing is for certain. Dark Horse wins the award for Most Titles Within A Series Title. According to Wookiepedia (which makes me giggle to no end) the book preceeding this one is called “Star Wars: Blood Ties 4: A Tale of Jango and Boba Fett, Part 4.”
Now that is a Sarlaac-sized mouthful.
