I’ll be honest here; I wasn’t even aware that the Comics Code Authority was still in use. As the system dates back to a time when Senator McCarthy was still calling everyone a communist, the real surprise should be that it lasted as long as it did.
Still, it’s nice to live in an era where Comics aren’t blamed for the ills of the world. I suppose Video Games took that role.
While I doubt Superman will suddenly become an M title due to DC’s decision to drop it, the thought of the possibility was enough to make me smile.
