Never Together Again
I’ve been re-reading Astonishing X-men of late and it turns out I’m rather interested in the relationship between Colossus and Kitty Pryde. It’s not their love I find fascinating or all the things that are keeping them together.
Rather, it’s everything that keeps them apart.
In a world of Super-Heroes, Aliens and villains who somehow never do much time in jail, what chance does a romance have?
Apparently less than that of being trapped in a giant intergalactic bullet.
Today’s page was done Karl Kerschl, a man whose talent is only matched by his choice of hair styles:
Karl Kerschl has been drawing comics professionally for 15 years. He has worked on Superman, The Flash, Robin and the Teen Titans, among other heroic things, and recently self-published a collection of his weekly webcomic, The Abominable Charles Christopher. The Abominable Charles Christopher was nominated for an Eisner Award for Best Digital Comic in 2008 and 2010, and won a Shuster Award in 2010 for Outstanding Canadian Webcomic. Karl lives in Montreal with his wife and his cat, Jacques Cousteau.
