Every now and then, I tend to write something that’s almost 100% for me. This be one of those times.

As I was reading the final two issues of DC’s Brightest Day, with their big character reveals (no spoilers please!), I began thinking what other possibilities there could be for who could pop out of the ground to be the Savior.

Going the Jesus route was a bit too obvious for me, so instead, I followed the DC-Time Warner-Warner Brothers trail until it led me to Gremlins, and Gizmo.

He's best known in the comics world as the penciler of Image/Shadowline's "Urban Monsters", but he also publishes a weekly online comics anthology, Agitainment Comics, to which he is also the main contributor.
